Working both independently and alongside a supportive team, you'll deliver high-quality workmanship while providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems Install air conditioning systems and associated equipment Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, digital and pneumatic faults Complete preventative maintenance and warranty work Prepare quotes, invoices and service reports Record job details accurately using SimPRO Mentor and support HVAC apprentices Build strong relationships with customers through professional service Follow all WHS, environmental and company compliance requirements About You You'll be a qualified HVAC technician who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in your workmanship and is committed to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
